You'll lead Okta partners in delivering IAM services, guiding them through a maturity model to ensure high-quality implementations. Your work directly impacts customer success and scales partner-led delivery. This role offers the chance to shape a growing partner ecosystem at a leading identity security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop delivery capability across assigned partner portfolio
• Guide partners through Service Delivery Partner maturity model
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions
• Serve as delivery advisor for sales teams when identifying partners

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or partner success
• Experience working with system integrators or service delivery partners
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Ability to evaluate partner capabilities and recommend improvement strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with programming languages (.NET, JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Familiarity with load balancers, reverse proxies, and Web Access Management tech (e.g., F5, Oracle, NGINX)
• Familiarity with AI GPTs
