Description

You will proactively contact individuals interested in selling their car to Clutch through warm calls, emails, and SMS, gradually handling inbound calls and assisting customers with car purchases. You'll educate customers on the Clutch process and take notes in HubSpot while collaborating with multiple functions to ensure a smooth experience.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years customer service or sales experience
• Attention to detail and high level of organization
• Comfortable working on-site at Mississauga facility
• Available to work weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact individuals interested in selling their car through warm calls, emails, and SMS
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers buying a car as you advance
• Educate customers on the Clutch process and help them take first steps in selling
• Update CRM (HubSpot) with customer interaction details
• Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure smooth all-around experience
