🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team building cloud-native services
• Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback and career development
• Own roadmap and execution for Everpure Cloud components
• Guide technical design in distributed systems, storage, and cloud services

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams delivering complex distributed systems
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, storage, or high-availability services
• Background in hands-on development for large-scale production environments
• Ability to translate product vision into actionable technical roadmaps

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Bicep)
• Excellence in cross-functional partnerships across global time zones
