Description
You will drive growth by identifying, securing, and managing franchise chains, restaurant groups, and corporate clients for Rocket Now, Coupang's fast-growing food delivery platform in Japan. This role involves building relationships with key decision-makers, delivering sales presentations, negotiating partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in food, tech, or related industry
- Native-level Japanese communication skills and deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with ability to drive deals independently
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize major food franchises, restaurant chains, and corporate partners in Japan
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at headquarters and franchise operators
- Deliver sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements focusing on long-term value
- Analyze competitors and market trends to refine expansion strategies
