🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end executive and VIP business travel bookings
• Provide expert recommendations considering preferences and duty of care
• Resolve travel disruptions quickly and empathetically
• Maintain KPIs like productivity, handle time, and CSAT

📋 Requirements

• High-touch premium customer service experience (executive travel, hospitality, aviation)
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
• Understanding of contact-center metrics (productivity, efficiency, CSAT)
• Excellent communication and composure under pressure

• Experience with senior stakeholders, C-level, or high-net-worth clients
• Experience with out-of-hours, follow-the-sun, or on-call travel support
