π― What You'll Do
- Drive SMB business growth and achieve regional revenue targets through channel partners
- Develop and execute SMB-focused channel business plans with distributors and resellers
- Build and strengthen relationships with SMB-focused channel partners across Japan
- Conduct regular partner business reviews, forecast discussions, and pipeline management
π Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Channel Sales or Partner Sales within the IT industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partners
- Strong understanding of the Japan IT partner ecosystem and go-to-market models
- Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
β¨ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of virtualization, cloud, backup, or infrastructure technologies
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, and strategic alliance partners
- Willingness to travel within Japan
