You'll own program execution for aircraft development programs, translating customer requirements into clear internal plans. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, and flight operations to track progress and surface risks early. This role offers the chance to help scale autonomous cargo aircraft from prototype to full-rate production.

📋 Requirements

• Experience delivering programs for aircraft, UAVs, or complex hardware
• Experience owning program execution from planning through delivery
• Experience coordinating work across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear internal plans

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with defense customers or government programs
• Experience coordinating flight tests or field deployments
• Startup or early-stage hardware company experience
