You'll ensure enterprise customers succeed with the Workato Agentic Orchestration Platform as a trusted advisor. You'll drive adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role offers the chance to shape Customer Success practices at a rapidly growing cloud leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure value realization and retention.
- Develop strategic relationships with senior customer executives.
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews and track customer objectives.
- Serve as escalation point and orchestrate resolution of issues.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with ARR $200k+.
- Strong communication skills for business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in integration or business automation.

- Certification in Customer Success (e.g., CCSM).
- Familiarity with iPaaS or orchestration platforms.
