You'll ensure enterprise customers succeed with the Workato Agentic Orchestration Platform as a trusted advisor. You'll drive adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role offers the chance to shape Customer Success practices at a rapidly growing cloud leader.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure value realization and retention.
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior customer executives.
  • Deliver Executive Business Reviews and track customer objectives.
  • Serve as escalation point and orchestrate resolution of issues.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with ARR $200k+.
  • Strong communication skills for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in integration or business automation.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Certification in Customer Success (e.g., CCSM).
  • Familiarity with iPaaS or orchestration platforms.
