Description

You will lead Agile project management for a DISA task order, establishing processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way and driving adoption of Agile techniques across the organization. You'll work with government stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accurate project status.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant project management experience
• 5+ years leadership experience in IT or consulting
• Demonstrated Agile coaching and mentoring experience
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent Agile certification

Responsibilities

• Establish Agile processes for managing a portfolio of work
• Drive adoption of Agile techniques and culture across the organization
• Manage specific task orders and work directly with COR and government personnel
• Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner
• Provide accurate project status to stakeholders without disrupting delivery
