You'll support the development, design, and execution of clinical evidence strategy for Neuralink's BCI technology. You'll translate product and research objectives into clinical study designs and ensure scientific rigor across programs. This role offers the chance to pioneer new approaches in neuroscience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design clinical study protocols including endpoints and criteria.
• Contribute to clinical strategy from research and product goals.
• Partner with teams to execute studies and ensure scientific intent alignment.
• Support data review, analysis, and interpretation for safety and performance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in clinical research or scientific roles within medical devices.
• Familiarity with statistical methods or programming (e.g., Python, R).
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with neurological, neurosurgical, or implantable device studies.
• PhD in neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or related field.
• Publications or scientific presentations in biomedical engineering or neuroscience.
