💼 About This Role

You'll lead the People Technology & Operations ecosystem, driving digital transformation and automation to create a scalable, self-service operating model. You'll design AI-enabled solutions and personally experiment with tools like CustomGPTs to reduce manual effort while improving the Zopian experience. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping a digital-first, industry-leading people function as Zopa prepares for IPO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and roadmap for People Technology & Digital Operations
• Own and evolve the People Technology ecosystem with a product mindset
• Lead maturity journey of People Operations with best-in-class processes
• Enable data-driven decision-making with People Analytics lead
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing People Technology & Operations team

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience leading People Technology and People Operations in a scaling tech or financial services org
• Proven delivery of people systems transformation including AI and automation
• Deep expertise evolving People Operations maturity towards self-service and simplicity
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset using people data to influence decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HiBob, Lever, CultureAmp, Monday.com or similar platforms
• Knowledge of SMCR governance and risk management in financial services
• Change leadership capability with large-scale cross-functional initiatives
