Description

You will consult with stakeholders, wrangle imperfect data to produce defensible insights, build predictive models, translate statistical outputs into compelling stories, and design automated workflows using dbt/Snowflake. This role is about shaping the future of our workforce as a strategic architect for the People Culture team.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in people analytics or workforce data science in a high-growth organization
• Experience building production-grade data pipelines (SQL, Python, dbt, or equivalent)
• Prior partnership with HR, Finance, or People teams for data-driven insights and executive reporting
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in people analytics with ethical data use
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills for non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal analytics consultant defining the 'why' before the 'how'
• Hack through imperfect datasets for clear, defensible insights
• Build end-to-end predictive models to stay ahead of organizational trends
• Translate complex statistical outputs into compelling executive-level stories
• Design and maintain automated workflows and data products using dbt/Snowflake
