You'll lead a high-performing outbound SDR team at Awardco, owning the performance, culture, and growth of the organization. Your core impact will be transforming how the SDR organization operates by building scalable systems and developing talent. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 outbound SDRs
• Own weekly outbound activity metrics and pipeline forecasting
• Build and execute scalable outbound sales development strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, HR, and Recruiting on hiring plans

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS sales or business development experience
• 2+ years managing outbound SDR or BDR teams
• Proven ability to create and scale outbound processes from scratch
• Fluent in AI tools integrated into sales workflows
