💼 About This Role

You'll lead OpenAI's flagship enterprise partnership with Capgemini, owning the global alliance P&L and driving large-scale AI transformations for hundreds of joint clients. You'll serve as the senior executive counterpart to Capgemini's leadership, setting joint priorities and directing resource allocation. This role carries full accountability for alliance performance and sustained expansion across the global enterprise market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the global Capgemini alliance P&L and revenue growth targets.
• Govern operating model and delivery quality across joint engagements.
• Lead co-selling of complex enterprise AI cloud transformation deals.
• Build and manage the dedicated Capgemini alliance team.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in partnerships or business development in SaaS organizations.
• Deep Capgemini experience with trusted senior-level relationships.
• Ownership of multi-year partnerships with full commercial accountability.
• Direct leadership in complex enterprise transformation deals.
