You'll act as the voice of the player, translating feedback and behavioral data into actionable insights that influence game design and balancing decisions. Working fully remote, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve gameplay quality and player satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze player feedback across community channels for key issues and trends
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable gameplay recommendations
• Analyze player behavior and in-game data to inform game balance and feature design
• Design and evaluate tests for new gameplay features to ensure balance and engagement
• Present findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders using reports and visuals

📋 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with action RPG or Soulslike games (1000+ hours)
• Highly analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving with complex qualitative feedback
• Strong communication skills in English to present findings to varied stakeholders
