💼 About This Role

You'll join AmTrav's hotel department to resolve critical traveler issues through outbound calls and vendor coordination. You'll manage multiple accounts and ensure efficient, timely service. This back-office role offers remote work and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to hotels and vendors
• Request folios and receipts from hotels
• Contact accounts for updated payment information
• Send pre-authorization forms and virtual cards

📋 Requirements

• PC proficiency with Windows applications
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent work record and eligible for rehire
