You'll lead brand amplification strategy across social, PR, and customer advocacy at Calendly. You'll have a direct impact on how millions discover and connect with our product while leading a talented team. This role offers the opportunity to scale authentic advocacy programs and shape our narrative.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve integrated brand amplification strategy with 1-3 year vision
  • Lead and develop Social Media Lead, Customer Advocacy Lead, and PR Contractor
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution across platforms
  • Guide PR contractor on narrative and media opportunities
  • Build and scale customer advocacy programs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in brand, communications, or marketing
  • 3+ years in a director-level or equivalent senior leadership position
  • Proven track record scaling integrated brand amplification strategies across social and advocacy
  • B2B social media strategy expertise across LinkedIn, X, etc.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience building customer advocacy or community programs
  • Data-driven mindset with KPI establishment
  • Experience with PR contractor or agency management
