You'll manage relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and expansion of our field service management platform. Your core impact is strengthening partnerships and growing book value. This role offers early involvement with our new AI-powered analytics suite, Wavelytics.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage enterprise accounts to understand needs and communicate product value.
  • Conduct regular QBRs and account planning to align goals and identify growth.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer priorities.
  • Manage full expansion sales cycle from discovery through closing.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years SaaS sales/account management experience with enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience selling to field service industry
  • Experience with pest control or lawn care software
