💼 About This Role

You'll manage asset-backed securitization transactions across SoFi products, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Your core impact is executing and optimizing capital markets transactions to support company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage asset-backed securitization transaction program across SoFi products
• Review and negotiate transactional terms with internal and external counsel
• Collaborate with credit, legal, engineering, product, treasury, and accounting
• Prepare content and manage due diligence for investors, rating agencies, and lenders

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of capital markets and ABS execution experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to read and interpret financial contracts and core transactional documents

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with retail tokenization
• Experience with lending or consumer credit products (mortgages, student loans, credit cards, personal loans)
• Experience with ABS data sets (Bloomberg, Intex, DV01)
