💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations. You'll also help meet sales targets and maintain store standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when managers are pulled away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
