💼 About This Role

You'll own high-complexity onboarding projects for SMB and Enterprise customers, with a strong focus on French-speaking regions. You'll work across Travel, Expense, and Invoice products, leading projects that often involve ERP integrations. You'll mentor team members and help shape a world-class implementation function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver high-complexity implementation projects with ERP integrations
• Coordinate multiple stakeholder groups including finance, IT, and external consultants
• Design advanced setups and complex customizations for Travel & Spend products
• Apply financial expertise to onboard Invoice modules with policies and workflows

📋 Requirements

• French language working proficiency (must-have)
• At least 2 years in project management within implementation projects
• Technical and/or Financial acumen through education or experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with self-serve or custom integrations (SSO, HRIS, SCIM, ERP, CRM)
• Background in consulting, finance, or direct customer onboarding
• Experience in Spend Management solution or ERP implementation
