💼 About This Role

You'll own the commercial and strategic direction of Ramp's Procure-to-Pay product line, driving its next phase of growth. You'll act as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and product, turning customer feedback and data into clear strategy. This highly visible IC role reports directly to the C-suite at a high-growth fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the end-to-end business strategy for the P2P product line
  • Build tight feedback loops with sellers and customers to refine product and positioning
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and execution roadmaps
  • Partner with Sales and CS to diagnose funnel performance and design playbooks

📋 Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in analytical business-driving roles at a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated experience owning a P&L or product line with measurable revenue outcomes
  • Strong commercial orientation with track record of working closely with Sales or GTM teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to structure problems and run analyses

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience as a founder or early operator taking a product from 0→1 and scaling it
  • Prior GM or business line ownership at a high-growth fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments company
  • Background in top-tier management consulting and subsequent operator experience
