Description

You will serve as the primary client contact, developing and executing innovative paid social plans that address client strategic objectives. You will lead and develop a team of paid social professionals, drive integration across channels, and apply test-and-learn approaches to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Very strong experience in paid social/native advertising/content marketing programs over $1mm annually
  • 2+ years managing a client and 2+ direct reports
  • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, X, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest with mastery of platform capabilities
  • Extensive experience writing and presenting to senior client leadership including C-Suite
  • Strong analytics skills and understanding of paid social measurement tools

Responsibilities

  • Judge and quantify results of media efforts for clients, translating data into a story
  • Utilize online performance tracking and measurement tools
  • Drive social process for client teams and ensure integration across channels
  • Encourage exploration and a test-and-learn approach to identify new opportunities
  • Directly manage Associate Directors and Managers, providing feedback and supporting growth
