Description
You will serve as the primary client contact, developing and executing innovative paid social plans that address client strategic objectives. You will lead and develop a team of paid social professionals, drive integration across channels, and apply test-and-learn approaches to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
- Very strong experience in paid social/native advertising/content marketing programs over $1mm annually
- 2+ years managing a client and 2+ direct reports
- Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, X, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest with mastery of platform capabilities
- Extensive experience writing and presenting to senior client leadership including C-Suite
- Strong analytics skills and understanding of paid social measurement tools
Responsibilities
- Judge and quantify results of media efforts for clients, translating data into a story
- Utilize online performance tracking and measurement tools
- Drive social process for client teams and ensure integration across channels
- Encourage exploration and a test-and-learn approach to identify new opportunities
- Directly manage Associate Directors and Managers, providing feedback and supporting growth
