💼 About This Role

You'll bridge the gap between Twelve Labs' cutting-edge multimodal video AI and real-world applications for APAC clients. You'll own technical relationships from discovery through production deployment, designing scalable video AI architectures. This role offers the chance to work with NVIDIA-backed foundation models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with enterprise customers to design scalable video AI architectures.
• Own technical relationships from discovery through production deployment.
• Design and deliver impactful POCs and reference architectures.
• Provide architectural guidance on API integrations across environments.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (SA/SE).
• Experience designing and deploying solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and modern architectures.
• Experience with LLMs or multimodal AI systems.

• Familiarity with video workflows or media asset management.
• Track record of leading customer implementations to production.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
