Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a Support Specialist
- Proficiency in troubleshooting VMware, O365, backups, desktops, Windows, client/server
- Strong knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and internet standards
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role, MSP preferred
- 2+ years working with SaaS products
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class support services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, escalating as needed
- Manage ticket quality and track project status
- Communicate with customers via phone, video, and email
- Provide on-site support to nearby customers (less than 5%) and participate in on-call rotation
