💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health nursing care to patients in Barry and Lawrence counties, helping them recover from injury or illness. You'll manage cases and develop care plans while delivering skilled care including assessments and wound treatment. This role offers flexible scheduling and 24/7 clinical support.

📋 Requirements

• Active and current LPN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases
