You'll own the HubSpot CRM and pipeline reporting for a fast-paced commercial team exploring the ocean floor. Your work will directly enable accurate forecasting and faster deal cycles. This hands-on role is critical to scaling the business.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting in HubSpot
- Coordinate weekly deal reviews and board forecast packages
- Drive proposal tool adoption and bid coordination
- Manage pricing workbooks and sales tool stack
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in sales operations or enablement
- Proven ownership of a HubSpot instance at an operating company
- Experience with weighted forecast modeling (stage-based and win-rate-based)
- Ability to build pricing and cost models from scratch
โจ Nice to Have
- Understanding of the commercial survey industry or government procurement
- Experience integrating AI into process flows
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or Pryzm
