You'll own the HubSpot CRM and pipeline reporting for a fast-paced commercial team exploring the ocean floor. Your work will directly enable accurate forecasting and faster deal cycles. This hands-on role is critical to scaling the business.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting in HubSpot
  • Coordinate weekly deal reviews and board forecast packages
  • Drive proposal tool adoption and bid coordination
  • Manage pricing workbooks and sales tool stack

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in sales operations or enablement
  • Proven ownership of a HubSpot instance at an operating company
  • Experience with weighted forecast modeling (stage-based and win-rate-based)
  • Ability to build pricing and cost models from scratch

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of the commercial survey industry or government procurement
  • Experience integrating AI into process flows
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or Pryzm
