Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Success
- Strong understanding of K-12 education competitive landscape
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and targets
