Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of K-12 education competitive landscape
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and targets
