💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 patient care in a PT-led outpatient practice with lower-than-industry caseloads. You'll collaborate with physical therapists and exercise specialists to ensure high-quality treatment while benefiting from built-in mentorship and AI-supported documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 patient care with fewer than 13 patients per day
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists on treatment plans
• Manage daily schedule and patient flow autonomously
• Utilize AI-supported documentation and Prompt EMR

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
• Active PTA license or eligibility to obtain one in Massachusetts
• Desire to grow clinically and work in a team-oriented practice
