Description

You will lead end-to-end development of next-generation building products, bridging building engineering and technology to deliver smart, scalable, and sustainable assets. Co-create product vision, drive lifecycle from discovery to iteration, and collaborate across engineering, design, and production teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Construction preferred in B2B/enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Advanced experience with project management and building/architecture software
• Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and data-driven decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute product vision and roadmap balancing customer value with operational efficiency
• Drive full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration using agile and user-centric methodologies
• Architect and optimize development processes for standardization and cost-effective delivery
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Design, and Production
• Establish and monitor key product metrics, using data and user feedback to validate solutions
