You'll lead privacy compliance programs for a global eClinical technology company, partnering with Legal, Quality, and Product teams. You'll operationalize privacy-by-design and conduct audits to ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulations. This role offers the chance to shape a growing privacy program in the life sciences SaaS sector.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Legal and Quality to operationalize privacy compliance frameworks
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments
• Develop and maintain privacy policies and procedures
• Lead privacy audits and manage remediation activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Data Governance, or related field
• 7+ years in privacy, data protection, or compliance
• Deep understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and 21 CFR Part 11
• Experience with privacy audits and impact assessments

• Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• Knowledge of data integrity principles and AI/ML vendor oversight
