You'll join Townsquare Media Group as a key member of the Duluth sales team, taking ownership of building and managing a book of business. Your core impact is prospecting, securing, and growing client relationships through consultative sales. This full-cycle role offers uncapped earning potential and hands-on training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify new business using data-driven insights
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored strategies
• Represent full portfolio including broadcast, digital, and programmatic
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle
