💼 About This Role

You'll architect the GTM engine for a cutting-edge AI data platform, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll directly shape revenue strategy as the first sales hire, working alongside leadership to turn early enterprise traction into repeatable revenue.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle: outbound, demos, security reviews, and closing.
  • Generate pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, and events.
  • Collaborate with engineering on proof-of-concepts and product feedback.
  • Refine GTM strategy: outreach templates, sales processes, and forecasting.

📋 Requirements

  • Hunter mentality with experience in outbound sales and GTM motion-building.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data infrastructure, and AI concepts.
  • Proven domain success selling data infrastructure or developer tooling.
  • Enterprise sales acumen navigating complex multi-stakeholder cycles.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience as a founding AE or early sales hire at a startup.
  • Background as a former founder or seller in data analytics/databases.
  • Familiarity with companies like Snowflake, Databricks, or Starburst.

📨 Hiring Process

First 90 days: 0-30 become fluent in ICP, 31-60 source pipeline and define GTM assets, 61-90 close customers and build repeatable playbook.
