You'll lead mutual fund sales in Kolkata, driving AUM growth and expanding distribution networks. You'll execute zonal sales strategies and build strong distributor relationships to achieve revenue targets. This role offers the chance to shape market presence with a leading quantitative trading firm.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own AUM, gross sales, net sales, and SIP targets for the zone
  • Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with national goals
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with top distributors and key accounts
  • Identify and onboard new high-potential distributors and IFAs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in mutual fund distribution
  • Strong focus on non-institutional/retail distribution
  • Experience managing and training teams, particularly freshers/management trainees
  • Willingness to travel and manage larger territories

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of regional markets in East India
  • Existing network of distributors in Kolkata
  • Experience with SIP and solution-based selling
