You will manage and grow client relationships in the B2B and ecommerce segments, driving proactive engagement to maximize acquisition, retention, and cross-sell. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers, maintain CRM data, and participate in events to increase industry visibility.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in account management or business development
  • Fluent in Urdu and English
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency with playbooks and automation tools
  • Experience in ecommerce or payments industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships in B2B and ecommerce segments
