You will manage and grow client relationships in the B2B and ecommerce segments, driving proactive engagement to maximize acquisition, retention, and cross-sell. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers, maintain CRM data, and participate in events to increase industry visibility.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in account management or business development
- Fluent in Urdu and English
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficiency with playbooks and automation tools
- Experience in ecommerce or payments industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships in B2B and ecommerce segments
