You'll build loveholidays' risk management function from scratch, defining strategy, frameworks, and controls to protect customers and the business. You'll embed risk-aware culture across the organisation, supporting high-growth travel-tech. This role offers a rare chance to architect a risk function as a strategic enabler.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build risk management function from scratch including strategy and frameworks
• Develop principal risk frameworks covering operational, financial, tech risks
• Design and roll out material controls to mitigate identified risks
• Deliver forward-looking risk insight and horizon scanning

📋 Requirements

• Experience building a risk management function from the ground up
• Deep understanding of operational and technology risks in digital platforms
• Proven experience in enterprise risk management frameworks
• Strong knowledge of risk governance and regulatory expectations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in online travel or marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with travel industry regulations (ATOL, Package Travel)
