💼 About This Role

You'll lead two teams—SRE/Infrastructure and Cloud Control Plane—owning reliability, scalability, and the software systems powering our multi-tenant cloud offering. Your core impact will be shaping technical direction, coaching senior engineers, and ensuring operational excellence. This role stands out for its hands-on player-coach approach at a Series A fully remote company building authorization infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow two teams across SRE and Cloud Platform
• Coach senior engineers through technical ambiguity and design tradeoffs
• Own technical direction for infrastructure, reliability, and cloud platform
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles
• At least 2 years of people management experience
• Strong grasp of SRE fundamentals (SLOs, error budgets, incident management)
• Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure managed services

• Experience working with or integrating AI-powered systems
• Experience operating multi-tenant or high-isolation customer environments
• Familiarity with distributed databases and performance tuning at scale
