You'll own the technical foundation of Asana's organic search performance, ensuring asana.com is built for maximum crawlability and indexability. You'll drive technical implementations that support visibility across traditional and AI-powered search surfaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a technical SEO roadmap for site architecture and crawlability.
• Build and maintain SEO monitoring dashboards for crawl health and performance.
• Partner with web engineering on site speed and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Own technical requirements for site migrations and platform changes.
• Implement structured data and schema markup for search features and LLM discovery.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical SEO experience managing enterprise-level websites.
• Deep understanding of crawl mechanics, indexation, and JavaScript rendering.
• Proven experience with structured data implementation and tools like Screaming Frog or Botify.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP fundamentals.
