🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale distributed engineering teams of 14 full-stack and QA engineers
• Drive complex multi-stream initiatives from strategy to execution
• Improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Modernize platform UI, APIs, and developer experience

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in software engineering and infrastructure leadership
• Proven track record leading high-performance engineering teams in competitive tech environments
• Strong delivery discipline and accountability for results
• Experience with modern delivery practices including AI-assisted development
