Description

You will lead in-person and virtual workplace strategy and operations at Betterment's NYC HQ, overseeing daily operations, events, and employee experience. You'll develop scalable processes, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to create a positive environment that aligns with company culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading office management and developing a direct team
• Experience supporting in-office and remote employees
• Experience with office budgeting, furnishing, operations, vendor management
• Skilled in incident management and emergency/crisis response
• Experience with real estate including office moves, renovations, buildouts

Responsibilities

• Lead employee programming, events, and communications to strengthen community
• Oversee day-to-day office operations including visitor management, mail, food/beverage, safety
• Manage workplace operating expense forecasts and capital plans for construction/design
• Supervise facilities issues: property management, security, janitorial, repairs
• Manage office renovations and moves, coordinating with internal/external partners
