You'll own the day-to-day execution of Float's compliance program, including regulatory reporting and AML reviews, working with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed compliance into systems. You'll bring structure and continuous improvement to a fast-growing fintech. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to FINTRAC (STRs).
• Conduct AML reviews, investigations, and determinations.
• Own day-to-day execution of compliance processes.
• Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years compliance experience in regulated environment
• Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks (FINTRAC, AML/ATF, RPAA)
• Hands-on experience with FINTRAC regulatory reporting
