💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end regional execution for agent network expansion and user growth across Wave's operating countries. You'll use data to guide field-based teams, ensuring strong agent coverage, compliance, and sustained active usage of Wave products. This hands-on leadership role is critical to scaling our mission of making Africa the first cashless continent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own regional agent network expansion and user growth targets.
• Lead field-based teams for agent acquisition and distribution.
• Ensure agent recruitment, training, activation, and KYC/AML compliance.
• Drive user acquisition and retention through agent-led channels.
• Monitor performance data and coordinate agent liquidity management.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years managing an agent network or user acquisition.
• 3+ years managing field-based teams.

• Background in telecom, financial services, or FMCG field operations.
• Experience with Google Sheets and operational tools.
• Tech-savvy and quick to onboard new systems.
