You'll build a next-generation intelligent data platform for private markets, a greenfield initiative reshaping financial data ingestion and distribution. Your core impact is owning end-to-end delivery of the data normalization, validation, and enrichment pipeline as a hands-on contributor. This role stands out because you'll work on a small seed team using AI-native development practices as a first-class workflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship data normalization, schema mapping, and distribution pipeline
• Write production code daily as a hands-on individual contributor
• Build AI evaluation infrastructure for trustworthy outputs
• Establish coding standards and architectural documentation

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with Staff-level scope
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline or data warehouse engineering
• Production experience building with LLMs including prompt design and output validation
• Experience with AWS data infrastructure (Redshift preferred)

• Experience with RAG pipelines or vector stores
