🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate communication with client stakeholders on project status and recommendations.
• Craft performant, testable, scalable, secure code.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL
• Proven experience in microservices development and local environment setup
• Expertise in exception handling, data structures, multi-threading, memory management, and application tuning
• Experience with ORM technologies using Spring/Spring Boot

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and serverless architectures
• Knowledge of OWASP and SOLID principles
