Description

You will process semi-monthly payroll for US employees and manage stock option grants and exercises. You'll ensure compliance with payroll tax laws, reconcile related GL accounts, and support month-end close. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of GL/Payroll/Stock accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and tax and wage laws
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced startup environment
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process semi-monthly US payroll through ADP
• Review monthly international payroll prepared by local accounting team
• Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts (PTO, bonus, prepaid, accrued expenses, liabilities, benefits)
• Process quarterly stock option grants on Carta and stock exercises with tax withholding
• Assist with annual audit requests from external auditors
