💼 About This Role

You'll join Quest Defense Systems & Solutions to troubleshoot and support complex electronic hardware in a production environment. Your work will directly impact mission-critical defense applications by improving yield and driving root cause corrective actions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot complex circuit card assemblies and subsystems in production
• Perform hands-on debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies
• Analyze failures, identify root cause, and drive corrective actions
• Support production operations by investigating defects and improving yield
• Generate technical documentation including redlines and engineering change packages

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 3–5+ years of experience in production support or hardware troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment for debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain (U.S. Citizenship required)
