You'll own the operational backbone of how we reach the security community, running the calendar and shipping every program on schedule. Your work will directly enable TENEX's mission to revolutionize MDR. As an early employee in a well-funded startup backed by Andreessen Horowitz, you'll help define our culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the marketing calendar end-to-end.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across teams.
- Manage vendor SOWs, contracts, and deliverable reviews.
- Track and reconcile the marketing budget.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years running B2B marketing programs.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel programs end-to-end.
- Working fluency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong project management and writing skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Marketing experience targeting security buyers (CISOs, SOC leaders).
- HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce platform certification.
- Podcast production or event management platform fluency.
