💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support. You'll perform maintenance and repair on a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts using advanced diagnostic tools. This role offers year-round OEM training and the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
