🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the company-wide People Operations strategy and workforce plan.
• Lead the people workstream across M&A diligence and post-close integration.
• Oversee Total Rewards, including compensation philosophy and benefits strategy.
• Develop the People Operations team and establish standard operating procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record leading M&A integration and organizational design.
