Description

You will join the Workload Optimization team at Cast AI to automate workload resource management in Kubernetes and cloud environments, reducing costs and improving reliability. You'll work on distributed systems, using GoLang and cloud platforms, with a focus on performance tuning and automation.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills in distributed systems and backend development
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize workload automation in Kubernetes environments
• Work with GoLang, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Perform debugging, optimization, and performance tuning
• Collaborate in a global remote-first team with agile workflows
